PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit scale. SOLUTION: In this DA converter, plural resistor cells for which a pair of resistors are respectively connected to the output lines through switches are arrayed in a matrix and thus all the resistors are two-dimensionally arrayed. The output lines are wired in a column direction in a resistor matrix array and common control signals are connected to row direction resistor cells in the resistor matrix array. Also, the two switches of the respective resistor cells are oppositely turned ON and OFF, the respective output lines are connected to positive output or negative output through a multiplexer and the resistors of the resistor cells are serially connected. A prescribed reference voltage is supplied to the resistors at both ends and a pair of the resistors at the line symmetrical position in the column direction in the two-dimensional array are respectively connected to the positive output and the negative output.
