PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA (a promoter) capable of activating a transcription in a plant, and enabling the induction of expression of a structural gene or high expression of the structural gene in the plant by utilizing the above DNA. SOLUTION: This DNA is provided as shown in the following (1) or (2). (1) A DNA consists of either one of specific 2 kinds of base sequences. (2) A DNA consists of a base sequence obtained by substituting, eliminating, adding or inserting >=1 base in specific 2 kinds of base sequences, and has a promoter activity. |
