PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of defective soldering by forming lead wires for a cylindrical piezoelectric vibrator so as to stabilize the mount of the cylindrical piezoelectric vibrator compatible with a simple surface mount onto a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The cylindrical piezoelectric vibrator is provided with solder that has a flat part to stabilize the cylindrical piezoelectric vibrator together with two lead members used for mounting the cylindrical piezoelectric vibrator onto the printed circuit board in the vicinity of a head top of a cylindrical seal tube being a component of the cylindrical piezoelectric vibrator that has the two lead members at least at its one end.
