PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical switches many of them can stably be arranged on a printed board and can be removed from the printed board. SOLUTION: An optical switch has a package which has an optical fiber switching means inside and a lid member which is provided to the package; and at least two electrode pins for supplying currents to the optical fiber switching means are provided to the package and at least one support pin is provided to the lid member.
