摘要

PURPOSE: Health care products containing astaxanthin are provided which have antioxidizing property, immunity reinforcing property and cholesterol in blood lowering function. CONSTITUTION: Processed foods or physiological function active health care products contains 0.001-1 part by weight of natural pigment astaxanthin obtained by cultivating Phaffia rhodozyma and Haematococcus species regarding 100 part by weight of foods. The astaxanthin contained foods includes milk products such as fermented milk, butter, powdered milk, seasoning foods such as dressing, curry, complex seasoning foods, and gum.
