PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding bicycle that, in its in-use or rideable position, can ensure a long wheelbase offering a good style and good ride comfort, ensure sufficient body rigidity, and adopt standard wheels, and in its carried position, folds small and is easy to walk with the wheels rolled in a side-by-side relation. SOLUTION: A bicycle body comprises a head tube 11, a seat tube 12, a connecting frame tube 13, a front fork 14, and a rear frame 15. The connecting frame tube 13 has hinge portions at two places so that it is divisible into three sections. When the bicycle body is folded in three along the hinge portions, a front wheel 16 and a rear wheel 18 are placed in a side-by-side relation, and a stem 26 extends, in the side view, in the angle range of±40 deg. with an extension 55 to the line connecting the center of a hub 19 of the rear wheel 18 and the center of a crankshaft 35 as measured opposite the origin of the extension 55.
