PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a diaphragm plate from being switched by an impact such as falling. SOLUTION: The diaphragm plate 43 is constituted of a diaphragm plate main body 47 and a diaphragm plate attaching lever 44. The diaphragm plate 43 is freely turnably attached by centering a diaphragm plate attaching pin 61. The diaphragm plate 43 is switched to a first position at which a small diaphragm aperture 47a is inserted on a photographing optical path and a second position at which it is withdrawn from the photographing optical path by the plunger 58 of a diaphragm changeover mechanism 35. The diaphragm changeover mechanism 35 is provided with a locking solenoid 63. The plunger 64 of the locking solenoid 63 is pressed in a direction in which it is projected by a coil spring 45. A plunger top end 64a is inserted into a first position locking pin hole 44f or a second position locking pin hole 44g in a projected state, so that the diaphragm plate 43 is locked at the first or second position. Locking is released by attraction because the solenoid main body 63a is energized. The diaphragm plate 47 is locked at the first or second position, so that the diaphragm plate 47 is prevented from being switched by the impact such as the falling.
