PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-discharge by enhancing efficiency for removing air bubbles stagnating in a liquid chamber. SOLUTION: A top face of a liquid chamber 5 where ink discharged from a discharge opening 3 is held is made a surface 15 projecting inward and having a radius of 1-1.5 times a length of the liquid chamber 5. Moreover, a maximum sectional area in the liquid chamber 5 is made not larger than 2.5 times an open area of an ink feed opening.
