PURPOSE: A waste water treatment equipment using anoxic-aerobic fluidized bed is provided, which can denitrify waste water and remove organic material by using anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria attached to each media fluidized in anoxic and aerobic tanks and can keep high concentration of microorganism in a reaction tank, thereby increasing the treatment efficiency of waste water. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a feed tank (10) for feeding raw waste water to the bottom of an anoxic tank (20) by a quantitative feeding pump (11); (ii) an anoxic tank (20) for denitrification of raw waste water by using anaerobic bacteria attached to media that is fluidized in the anoxic tank (20); (iii) a settling tank (30) for storing primary treated water for a set time and settling sludge; (iv) an aerobic tank (40) for removing organic material in the primary treated water by using aerobic bacteria attached to media that is fluidized in the aerobic tank (40); (v) an aeration tank (50) for storing secondary treated water, feeding oxygen to it and for discharging finally treated water; and (vi) two biomembrane separators (60) for keeping the amount of bioparticles constantly.
