PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing air fitting device that can conduct fitting more accurately and practically. SOLUTION: This hearing aid fitting device is provided with an initial solution setting section 2a that decides an initial set of updated solution vectors, a parameter write section 2b that converts the solution vector into an adjustment parameter for a hearing aid 3 and writes it to a hearing aid parameter storage section 4 of the hearing aid 3, an evaluation value acquisition section 2c that acquires an evaluation value of an examinee with respect to each solution vector, an optimum solution estimate section 2d that estimates an optimum solution based on a value of each solution vector and the evaluation with respect to each solution vector, a sound source storage section 1a that stores sound sources for the examinee to evaluate each solution vector, and a sound source exhibit section 1d that exhibits the sound source to the hearing aid 3 and the exhibited sound source is used as an environmental sound.
