PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washing and drying machine, of which a machine body is accommodated into a cabinet from front side of the cabinet not interfering a screen board on upper part of the cabinet, position of an upper entrance of the machine body is fixed at an upper opening and is easy for settlement, exchange and examination of the machine. SOLUTION: A cabinet 30 for accommodating a machine body 1, includes the machine body having a dish entrance on top, a front opening to introduce the machine body 1 and a top opening to expose the dish entrance. In the cabinet 30, a stand 8 to place the machine body 1 and an elevation mechanism 50 to adjust height of the machine body 1 in the cabinet by ascending and descending the stand 8.
