摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a lithium secondary battery, in which reduction in thickness without using a heat shielding plate can achieved, and which has high durability against repeated charging and discharging, and a longer cycle life span. CONSTITUTION: A concave portion(102a), a member(101a) having a flange portion(103a) at the peripheral portion of the concave portion and a member(101b) having the concave portion(102a) and the member(101a) at the peripheral portion of the concave portion are arranged so that the concave portions are positioned toward the inner side. In the concave portions to which the flange portions are attached by fusing and which are surrounded by the members(101a,101b), a battery member including a positive electrode, a negative electrode and an ionic conductor are housed. In the member(101a), a positive electrode output terminal(104) to the outside, communicating to the battery member, a negative electrode output terminal(106), and an insulating portion(105) serving to insulate the positive electrode output terminal(104) and the negative electrode output terminal(106) are installed.
