PURPOSE:To prevent damage of an endless conveyor belt and scattering and dropping of fibers, by separating the fiber sending end of the endless conveyor belt from a pin cylinder and adjacently setting the endless conveyor belt to a delivery roller rotating in the opposition direction to the endless conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:A delivery roller 11 in a state wherein the delivery roller is laid at a given interval from the tip of a pin 3a is adjacently set to the fiber taffeta sending end of an endless conveyor belt 2. The roller 11 is driven and rotated in the opposite direction to that of the belt 2 by a motor and opened fibers are prevented from dropping. Even if the belt is pushed up by winding of the fibers, damage of the belt caused by pins 3a of a pin cylinder 3 can be prevented.
