<p>The invention is based on the pioneering concept that substantially all urban waste daily produced can be considered as resources which can be recuperated in the form of secondary raw materials and not as unwanted material to be disposed of in more or less controlled landfills, or worse still, to be left in the environment where they will lead to pollution (of all kinds) with negative consequences on the biosphere. The system for urban waste treatment is characterised in that, concretely, it is based on the compulsory obligation for various users (households and/or commercial users previously identified) to resort to discriminating waste collection at home itself. The sorted and identified waste on which the productive system is based is fully in accordance with the basic principle of the current legislation which imposes that those who pollute must pay, in that the sorting of urban waste can be successfully enforced in all the components constituting it provided that the subject producing the waste is known initially.</p> |
