PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relative movable device, in which installation error of a linear guiding device and difference in expansion and contraction caused by heat expansion between a fixing member and a movable body can be sufficiently absorbed, and the movable body can be guided with high rigidity. SOLUTION: A movable body 12 is disposed between inner wall faces 11a, 11b of a fixing member 11 to be opposite to each other through linear guiding devices 13a, 13b. A movable plate 19 absorbs displacement of the linear guiding device 13b in a direction intersecting with respect to the fixing member 11 and the inner walls 11a, 11b. Even if installation error of the linear guiding devices 13a, 13b is generated and difference in expansion and contraction caused by heat expansion between the fixing member 11 and the movable body 12 is generated, the movable plate 19 absorbs the displacement of the linear guiding device 13b in the direction intersecting with respect to the inner walls 11a, 11b. |
