摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluxmeter high in performance using a SQUID formed of a high temperature superconductor. SOLUTION: A superconductive ring of a SQUID formed of a high temperature superconductor thin film, and an input coil which is a part of a detecting coil formed of the high temperature superconductor thin film are formed in laminated structure of a high temperature superconductor thin film - an insulator thin film - the high temperature superconductor thin film through the insulator thin film, to connect a plurality of SQUID's in series.
