PURPOSE: A method for preventing a leakage of personal information is provided to prevent illicit leakage of personal information by automatically notifying a terminal designated by a person concerned of leakage of the personal information in case that the person concerned or another person derive the personal information. CONSTITUTION: A processor recognizes that an information reading intention is generated from a specific information reading terminal, and stores thereof in a memory(ST100, ST110, ST120). The processor reads personal terminal information relevant to a person concerned(ST130). The processor provides the information to a transmitting unit, and connects a communication network(ST140, ST150). An information supply confirmation system receives an objection interruption request signal from a receiving unit, and outputs the signal through a transmitting unit. An information supplier generates an interruption request signal for reading personal information(ST160, ST200, ST210).
