PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly execute the disassembling and re-connection work for the power cable connecting part including faults at the inside thereof without requesting the skill. SOLUTION: An internal diameter of a cable inserting hole 12a of an insulated block 9a for re-connection indicated by a solid line is set smaller than the internal diameter of a cable inserting hole 12 of the existing insulated block 9 indicated by a chain line. At the time of disassembling work, cutting is made up to the surface layer of the insulator in the power cable side and then re- connection is performed. This reinforced insulation layer 13 can be removed without paying attention to the position of boundary layer of the external circumference surface of the insulator and the internal circumference surface of the reinforced insulation layer 13.
