PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blackening of a wallboard by infiltration of water from the mating parts of boards in the wallboard and prevent rot of the boards by a method wherein at least both side sections of a wallboard panel are formed in a sheet piece, the sheet piece sections are installed by wood screws, the whole upper sections of the sheet pieces of the adjacent wallboard panels are coated with water-resistant adhesives and wood plugs are bonded. SOLUTION: A several sheet of thin long-sized boards are arranged in parallel in the cross direction and bonded by water-resistant adhesives 9 and a seamed sheet body is formed, several seamed sheet bodies are superposed in a crossed type that these wood fiber directions are formed alternately and crosswise and bonded by water- resistant adhesives 9, and sheet pieces 3, in which the surface sides are notched, are installed at least both side sections of the surface boards 1 and a wallboard panel (a) is formed. The wallboard panels (a) are joined successively and arranged in parallel on a wall section, and mounted by wood screws 7 passed and screwed to the sheet pieces 3 of the wallboard panels (a), and wood plugs 8 are built and entered into the notched sections of the adjacent wallboard panels (a) and built over the sheet pieces 3 and bonded by the water-resistant adhesives 9, thus constituting the wood plug type wallboard.
