PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based resin composition, suitable as a raw material for formed articles well balances in transparency, and resistance to whitening, impact at a low temperature and heat-resistant characteristic. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition is constituted so that the propylene-based resin composition containing (A) 80 to 40 wt.% of a propylene-α-olefin random copolymer containing the propylene unit at 99.1 to 99.9 wt.% and (B) 20 to 60 wt.% of a propylene-α-olefin random copolymer containing the propylene unit at 70 to 90 wt.% has the only one loss tangent(tanδ) in the temperature dependence of dynamic viscoelasticity of the composition in the temperature range from -80 to 80 deg.C, and a storage modulus (E') of 1×108 dyn/cm2 or less at a temp. of 150 deg.C or higher.
