PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a remaining material in a relatively simple method without using up a printing consumable material by detecting that the printing consumable material reaches a predetermined use limit number, judging whether or not printing is possible in accordance with a preliminarily set printing limit number and notifying a message that printing is possible or impossible. SOLUTION: A user setting part 14 displays that registration is impossible to a display of a user PC via an I/O part 11 when printing is being controlled, or inputs control information when printing is not controlled and registers last control information to a user printing control-setting part 17. A detecting part 15 validates the printing control to each part according to the notice of a use limit of a printing consumable material, and invalidates the printing control according to the notice of release of the use limit. A printing-judging part 16 notifies a printing-ordering part 12 when printing is not controlled, or inquiries the setting part 17 when printing is being controlled whether or not printing is possible. The printing-judging part informs the ordering part 12 of the fact when printing is possible, and informs a notifying part 13 when printing is impossible. The ordering part 12 notifies a printing order to a printer designated via the I/O part 11 by a signal of the judging part 16, and the notifying part 13 notifies the user PC by a printing impossible signal of the judging part 16 that printing is impossible.
