PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of simply conducting the clamping operation of a flooring material in proper strength without damaging the flooring material. SOLUTION: A mechanism, in which a case 15 for adjusting a coil spring 9 for an impulse and a case 16 for a grip are combined by an impulsive-degree adjusting screw section 10 and which is covered with a case formed as a connecting body with a spring case 18 for a return, is installed to a mechanism composed of a hollow built-in hammer 11, which is moved along the shaft 8 for transmitting the impulse of the connecting body comprising a metal fitting 7 for a hook applied to the side face section of a flooring material at the front end section of the shaft 8 for transmitting the impulse with a stepped section 13 for a hammer stop and a hammer receiving-stopping section 14, and the coil spring 9 for the impulse.
