PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair fixing device which allows a wheelchair to be easily fixed and released when carried in a vehicle. SOLUTION: This wheelchair fixing device 1 comprises: a front leg fixing belt 10 consisting of a pair of right and left belts disposed on a floor front 22; a pair of belt guides 35 arranged at the right and left of a floor rear 21; a rear fixing belt 31 having latches 33 at its right and left; a belt winding device 39 disposed at the center of the rear of the floor rear 21; a supporting ring 38 disposed in front of the device 39; and a fastening belt 37 disposed at one end with a passing ring 36 through which the rear fixing belt 31 is passed, and having the other end attached to the belt winding device 39, the fastening belt 37 being passed through the support ring 38. The front leg fixing belt 10 has an intermediate hook 11 for fixing a wheelchair 5 and an end hook 12 for keeping the position of the front leg fixing belt 10, allowing the wheelchair 5 to be easily fixed and released by simply performing operations from the rear of a vehicle.
