PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjusting of small flame by interlocking a damper with means for regulating the flow rate of fuel gas being jetted from a gas nozzle and throttling the opening area for passing primary air when the flow rate of fuel gas is decreased. SOLUTION: A nozzle insertion hole 13 is made in the center at the base end of a mixing pipe 2 and primary air inlets 14 are made in the periphery of the nozzle insertion hole 13 while opening arcuately by a specified angle in the circumferential direction. An annular damper 5 is fixed rotatably to the periphery of the nozzle insertion hole 13 and provided with arcuate regulation openings 15 matching the primary air inlets 14. The primary air inlets 14 can be opened fully or the opening area thereof can be throttled by operating the damper 5 rotationally thereby varying the degree of matching between the primary air inlets 14 and the regulation openings 15. According to the structure, a small flame can be elongated and the firing strength can be regulated easily at the time of small flame.
