摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good printing quality without shift of impact position, without the need of changing driving voltage even in the case a nozzle is exposed to the air in the non-jetting state, in an ink jetting device for jetting minute liquid droplets of 20 pl or less. SOLUTION: A driving wave form 10 comprises jetting pulse signals A, B for jetting ink droplets, and a non-jetting pulse signal C for substantially offsetting a residual pressure wave vibration. A driving wave form 20 comprises a jetting pulse signal D for jetting ink droplets and the non-jetting pulse signal C. A driving wave form 30 comprises the jetting pulse signal D for jetting ink droplets and the non-jetting pulse signal C. In the case of printing with a high resolution, the driving wave form 30 is used ordinarily, but the driving wave form 20 is used for the initial jetting operation after exposure of a nozzle in the air in the non-jetting state. In the case of printing with a medium resolution, the driving wave form 20 is used ordinarily, but the driving wave form 10 is used for the initial jetting operation after exposure of the nozzle in the air in the non-jetting state. Accordingly, thickening of the ink can be compensated so as to eliminate shift of the impact position.
