NONWOVEN FABRIC LAMINATE AND INTERIOR FINISH MATERIAL FOR CAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric laminate which is light in weight and has rigidity and an interior finish material for cars obtained by molding the laminate. SOLUTION: In a nonwoven fabric laminate, a rigid layer comprising a nonwoven fabric in which constituent fibers are adhesion-fixed by a thermoplastic resin binder and a bulky layer comprising a nonwoven fabric the apparent density of which is lower than that of the rigid layer are arranged to adjoin each other, and the rigid layer and the bulky layer are fusion-integrated by the fusion of heat-fusible fibers which constitute the rigid layer and/or the bulky layer so that the peel strength between the layers is at least 2N/5 cm. The nonwoven fabric laminate is molded in a desired shape to obtained an interior finish material for cars.
