PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve the machining precision of a notch section and to prevent a leakage of mortar by forming the notch section on a metal flat sheet by punching, folding it, and forming a corner frame section in face contact with a connection section. SOLUTION: The deployed shape of a notch section 2 is formed by punching on a metal flat sheet such as a steel sheet, a frame material 1 is formed by bending, and through ribs 1f are perpendicularly folded at the notch section 2. The end faces 2a of the notch section 2 are abutted together at aspect face sections 1a, 1b, 1c, it is extended by its thickness at depth face sections 1d, 1e, and butt face sections 2b thus formed abuts on other end faces 2a in face contact. Cross lock pieces 2c are perpendicularly folded to the back side and connected to form a corner frame section. The machining precision of the notch section 2 is easily improved, a connection section is formed in face contact without generating a gap, and a leakage of mortar or concrete can be prevented at the time of fitting execution to a building skeleton.
