PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leaving a trace of joining members and the generation of projecting and recessing part between welded and not welded parts of the members by welding a member to a base member after connecting electrodes to the base member on which the member is to be stud-welded and the member, among the base members of piling members composed of laminated base members composed of plural sheets of metal or alloy. SOLUTION: A laminating member is given by laminating a second base member 2 on a first base member 1. Then, as a member, a pin 3 at the center of which a female screw is formed is disposed at a prescribed position, a stud welding electrode is connected to the first base member 1 and to the pin 3, and the pin 3 is joined to the first base member 1. A second base member, on which is not stud-welded, does not receive any influence of the welding because the stud-welding electrode is not connected. Thus there is no possibility of generation of hit marks by a stud welding on the surface 2a of the second base member 2. It means that hit marks by the stud welding are not generated on the surface of the piling member.
