PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person in charge of selling to quickly and accurately analyze his (or her) own selling results and to improve the efficiency of work by forming a document on which commodity selling result data are printed in each balancing unit of selected commodity constitution corresponding to the person in charge and stored in a document output management table sorted in each person in charge when a document output command is generated. SOLUTION: When a document output command is generated (ST10), the code of a person in charge is selected by using a person selection means (keyboard) (ST11). An extraction means (control part) in each person in charge refers to the document output management table in each person in charge (ST12) and extracts the selected commodity constitution of the person in charge (ST13). A document output control means (control part) sorted in each person in charge reads out commodity selling result data corresponding to the selected commodity constitution extracted by the extraction means from the commodity selling result data stored in the commodity selling result table and outputs a document on which the commodity selling result data are printed in each balancing unit of selected commodity constitution. |
