This invention relates to a method and database of providing communication service to both fixed and mobile telephone subscribers with additional numbers which can be freely accessed by registered subscribers with their regular numbers remaining intact, comprising: a) allocating one changeable and cancelable additional number to a regular telephone line of a subscriber registered in a special database, b) using said database to store and allocate said additional numbers of different subscribers, c) and allowing all registered subscribers anytime and anywhere to obtain and dial, on any touch tone telephones, any other additional numbers stored in said database. The characteristics of this invention is that said additional numbers allocated to individual subscriber can be obtained, changed or canceled from said database on any touch tone telephone anytime when queried online by said subscriber while said registered subscriber is entitled to obtain and dial, on any touch tone telephone, any one available additional number stored in said database. However, all additional numbers can only be reached on their own regular line originally registered in said database without having calling party's regular number displayed on called telephone set.
