PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new salt of a compound useful for treatment of infectious diseases of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) or hepatitis B virus(HBV). SOLUTION: This monosulfate, benzoate, salicylate or dicarboxylic salt such as glutarate of (1S,4R)-cis-4-[2-amino-6-(cyclopropylamino)-9H-purin-9-yl]-2- cyclopentene-1-methanol (compound). The salt of the above compound is obtained by mixing, etc., sulfuric acid with the above compound in about 1:2 stoichiometric ratio in a solution such as ethanol, preferably at a high temperature. Although a crystal of the above compound is produced by cooling, the compound in a small amount is preferably implanted therein. The above compound can orally (parenterally), rectally, etc., be administered and the daily dose thereof is preferably 1-120 mg/kg. |
