PURPOSE: A method for encoding transmission information is provided to improve the reliability of authentication process as a radio telecommunication company and an authentication institute provide encoded information in case that a subscriber requests a service and execute authentication process for information transmitted from the subscriber sequentially. CONSTITUTION: If a subscriber selects a money charging mode, a radio telecommunication company informs the subscriber to input a password, a count value and desired charging money as voice messages. The company compares whether the password inputted by the subscriber is the same one as a previously registered password. If both passwords are the same, the company compares whether the present input count value is larger than a previous input count value. If the present input count value is larger than the previous input count value, the company transmits the subscriber's account number to a bank and requests the bank to confirm whether enough money for desired charging money has been deposited in the subscriber's account. The bank inquires whether enough money for desired charging money exists in the subscriber's account and transmits a result to the company.
