PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the positioning between the upper installation surface, female screw part and the rolling surface of a load rolling element of a bearing block precisely and eliminate the generation of a noise by the smooth inner surface of a rolling element circulation passage. SOLUTION: In this linear guide device, an outside rolling surface 15 is formed on the inside surface of the guide rail 2 with a U shape section, an inside rolling surface 16 is formed on both sides of a bearing block main body 21, the female screw part in the axial direction is formed on the nearly center part of the bearing block main body 21, a rolling element (ball chain 54) is interposed between the outside rolling surface 15 and inside rolling surface 16 and a screw shaft is screwed with the female part of the bearing block main body 21. The female screw member with the female screw part is molded integrally with the female screw part lower hole of the bearing block main body 21 by the molding of a synthetic resin. |
