PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cushion being fluffy and bulky and having good appearance even when used repeatedly, and resisting sinking when a user is seated thereon so that it does not offer the feeling that it reaches bottom. SOLUTION: High-density polyester fiber cotton 14 is packed in an inner bag 11 to reduce the amount of sinking when a user is seated on a cushion so as to eliminate the feeling that the cushion reaches bottom. Also, down 15 comprising a mixture of down and small feathers is packed in an outer bag 12 so that even if the cushion is used repeatedly, it will not be flattened because of the restoring force of the down and small feathers but keep its fluffy, inflated good appearance over a long period.
