PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use general purpose commercially available product to be simply measured by providing an oblique face on the body of a detector moving on a skin plate, and providing a stroke detector on a slidably connected slide member. SOLUTION: A detector 5 slidably connects a body 51 and a slide member 52 by a body side guide rail, a slide member side rail or the like. The rod end of a stroke detector 9 is mounted on the side of the slide member 52, and an electric signal displays the moving amount of the vertical direction of the slide member 52 through a transducer on a display. When the piston rod of a shield jack is expanded, the detector 5 rotates on a skin plate face P, the body 51 is projected to the direction of a segment 8 while resisting against a spring 7, the slide member 52 slides on a cam face L. A tail clearance H is displayed in a state where the cam face L is contacted with the segment 8. Thereby it can be inexpensively obtained in a simple device.
