PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate made of metal capable of exhibiting an excellent designing decorativeness for a long period on the condition that a metal sheet of any of an iron plate, a steel sheet, an aluminum plate, stainless steel sheet and a zinc plate is used as the base and eliminating a dioxin public pollution when a fire breaks out or a waste material such as a reform or the like is incinerated, with an excellent degree of freedom of bending, waterproofness against moisture, leakage water or the like, fireproofness when a fire breaks out, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: An adhesive side surface of a decorative sheet P in which a colored layer 31 such as a design or the like by a printing means and a protective layer 2 for protecting the layer 31 are formed on a surface of a flexible sheet 3 having a metal foil except a chlorine compound resin is superposed on a surface of a metal sheet S selected from an iron plate, a steel plate, an aluminum plate, a stainless steel sheet and a zinc plate through any of one or two of a first adhesive layer 4, a second adhesive layer 5 exhibiting adhesive properties by heating in the type corresponding to the metal except the chlorine adhesive and adhesively integrated by a heating and pressurizing means.
