PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic cash transaction processor which displays the merchandise message of merchandise capable of being purchased with the residual amount of an electronic wallet card and improves service to customers and sales promotion. SOLUTION: A subtracting means (ST9) calculates a residual amount by subtracting the transaction amount at which purchase is made by a customer from an amount which is owned by the customer and is stored on an electronic wallet card, a comparison discriminating means (ST10) compares the residual amount with a transaction amount in a message file and a displaying means (ST11) shows the merchandise messages of merchandise being purchasable within the residual amount so that the service of merchandise information and sales promotion to a customer can be performed. |
