PURPOSE: A method for digital credit card development and electronic settlement authorization agency is provided so that costs can be cut down by digitalizing production and delivery of cards, and safety can be enhanced by confirming settlements two or three times. CONSTITUTION: A user(buyer) logs in a settlement authorization agency homepage with his/her ID, and allows authorization in a card company settlement authorization system by transmitting required items to a card company. When a purchase statement is not accepted, an authorization request case remains in an authorization waiting state. The card company transmits data for an authorization request case to the user's ID via an e-mail, confirms settlement authorization from the user, and then processes authorization. Thereafter, the card company transmits all information and data(such as a bill) to the user's ID via an e-mail.
