发明名称 THROTTLE CHOKE CONTROL MECHANISM FOR CARBURETOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely set a position of a choke valve plate to a closing position by arranging a latch capable of engaging and disengaging as a toggle on a free end of a throttle lever and a free end of an idling latch lever, and enable racing motion and get-over motion of the free ends wherein both levers are latch-engaged with each other. SOLUTION: An idling automatic latch mechanism assembled with a carburetor 50 having a throttle valve 1 and a choke valve is provided with an assembly 52 of a chock shaft 56 and a choke lever 54, a high speed liquid clutch lever 58, a winding spring for deviating a latch and for enclosing the choke shaft 56, and a choke valve plate 62. In the choke shaft 56, the choke valve plate 62 is fitted to a penetrating throttle 72 formed on the choke shaft 56, and is interference fitted. The choke lever 54 is linked with a choke driving link in an arm formed integratedly with the choke lever 54, and is linked with a tang 105 of the high speed idling clutch lever 58 on an end part of a side opposite thereto.
