PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a polymorphic profile relating to many polymorphic markers of many individuals in a certain population. SOLUTION: The method for detecting polymorphic forms of polymorphic markers of plural individuals is carried out as follows: (a) when forming plural amplified products by performing the multiple amplification of each nucleic acid sample collected from each of plural individuals, the multiple amplification each amplify plural nucleic acid segments, each of which includes at least one polymorphic marker characterized by at least two polymorphic forms; (b) applying each of amplified products to the separate regions on a substrate; (c) detecting existence or nonexistence of at least one polymorphic form relating to at least one polymorphic marker about each of amplified products. |
