In the present invention there is disclosed a process for preparing polypeptide product with dipeptidylaminopeptidase being isolated from Dictyostelium discoideum. The invented process for preparing polypeptide product by removal dipeptides from anime termination of precursor polypeptide is characterized in that the precursor polypeptide having even number of amino acids bound to peptide bond that is after removal of indicated dipeptides the amine termination of the polypeptide product, with dipeptidylaminopeptidase of molecular weight 225 000 isolated from Dictyostelium discoideum with optimal pH value 3.5 under specific conditions for action of enzyme dDAP for sequential removal of amino terminating dipeptides from the treated precursor polypeptide.
