PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: By reducing the fluctuation of system voltage, and compensating the fluctuation of the reactive current of a load. To reduce voltage flickers in a load having large load fluctuation such as an electric furnace. SOLUTION: A bias reference decision circuit 20 generates a variable bias reference corresponding to its voltage fluctuation quantity from a system voltage (Vs) at an inputted load end, also generates a fixed bias reference with which a prescribed reactive current is outputted and outputs the synthetic value of the both bias references as a bias reference (iB). The compensation current reference of a compensation current detection circuit 10 is compensated with this output, the system voltage fluctuation is reduced, and the fluctuation of the reactive current of the load is also compensated to reduce voltage flickers. |
