PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating ridge having structure with less possibility of the incursion of rain water into an attic space with high ventilation efficiency. SOLUTION: A ventilating ridge is constituted of a ridge beam 1 having an angle cross section by bending work and monolithically forming projected side panels 12 having a doglegged cross section outward of both horizontal side edges, bearing plates 2 borne on ridge plate of a building to fix, flashing boards 3 provided to both sides on the back of the ridge beam 1 and a side board covering the longitudinal end of the ridge beam 1, a plurality of ventilating openings 1a are provided around the upper parts of the side panels 12 at a certain pitch along the longitudinal direction of the ridge beam 1, the flashing boards 3 are arranged downward of the ventilating openings 1a and, at the same time, draining notches are provided to the lower parts of both ends of the side panels 12.
