PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil feeder which is capable of supplying oil to a start clutch and other various parts to be lublicated and cooled while using a common oil pump, and preventing wasteful operation of the oil pump, a drop in motive power and a lowering of fuel rate. SOLUTION: This oil feeder is provided with an oil pump 13 for supplying pressure oil to a power transmission system requiring a start clutch 8, which is a wet multiple disk clutch, a cooling oil line 18 which is a first oil line for leading discharge oil from the oil pump 13 to the wet multiple disk clutch 8, a lubricating oil line 19 which is a second oil line for leading the pressure oil to parts to be lubricated and cooled other than the wet multiple disk clutch 8, and a flow control valve 21 for increasing and reducing a sectional area of the passage of the lubricating oil line 19 to regulate a flow of the lubricating oil line 19 such that the flow becomes a desired amount.
