PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove hair and scale contained in bathtub water to be reused as toilet flush water. SOLUTION: A sterilizing tank placed in a water conduit connecting a bathtub to a water storage tank is provided with a strainer 12, which comprises an outer housing 121 with openings formed in the circumferential wall and bottom wall thereof, a filter 122 made of a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric in the form of a box along the inner surface of the housing 121, and a lid 123 sandwiching the filter 122 between itself and the outer housing 121, with an opening 123a formed in the lid 123 while facing the inlet port of the sterilizing tank. The filter 122 traps hair and scale contained in bathtub water flowing in through the opening 123a in the lid 123.
