PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature difference between tubes consisting a water wall of a furnace and prevent troubles at a pressure part of the furnace without causing enthalpy deviation in the furnace, which has been designed so that a drying degree of fluid at an entrance of the furnace water wall falls in the vicinity of degree 1. SOLUTION: A fluid mixer 3 is arranged such that a water wall of a furnace is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and that a plurality of flow-in side communication tubes 4 from an exit header of a lower furnace water wall 1, which is connected to the exit of heating tubes consisting the lower furnace water wall 1 and flow-out side communication tubes 5 which are connected to an entrance header of an upper furnace water wall 2, which is connected to the entrance of heating tubes consisting the upper furnace water wall 2, are arranged at the circumference of a cylindrical fluid mixer body. An inner insert 6 for dispersing mist is disposed at a substantially central portion of the fluid mixer body.
