PURPOSE: A method for producing a plated steel sheet of alloyed molten zinc with excellent powdering resistance is provided to prevent the generation of powder by not breaking the interfaces of a plated layer and iron. CONSTITUTION: A rolled steel sheet(1) is fat-removed in an electrolytic cleaning equipment(2), and the steel sheet is annealed in a non-oxidizing atmosphere of an annealing furnace(4). Then, the steel sheet is entered a plating bath(6) by passing through a snout(5) at a temperature of 500-530°C, which is higher than a usual temperature for 30-50°C. Moreover, the temperature of the plating bath is 490-530°C, which is higher than usual plating bath for 40°C. The density of Al in the plating bath is 0.10-0.12wt%, which is a minimum density not to generate an outburst. The steel sheet passes through the plating bath for 1-2 seconds. Then, a large amount of molten zinc is attached on the steel sheet, and the plated amount is adjusted for 45-80g/m2 in an adjusting equipment(7) of plated amount. Then, a plated steel sheet(8) of molten zinc is alloy treated in an induction alloying furnace(9) at a temperature of 490-520°C for 6-8 seconds. And, the plate steel sheet is cooled in a cooling equipment(10) for under 280°C to complete a plated steel sheet(11) of alloyed molten zinc.
