PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating air contained in warm and hot water and automatically exhausting separated air, which is mounted on a boiler or a warm water pipe is provided which reduces mechanical troubles and enhances reliability. CONSTITUTION: A apparatus comprises an inlet (12) and outlet (14) at its lower part respectively, an upper cap (15) having an air nozzle (20) with an air outlet (22) at its upper part, a vertical feed flow channel (32) which is communicated with the inlet, a tube (31) with an effluent groove (33) in its inside, and an air exhaust control part (40), wherein the tube comprise a partition (38) with a plurality of penetrated holes at its upper part and a rotation guide impeller (35) for forming a spiral-form feed flow channel (36). Warm or hot water which flows into the inlet is subjected to vertical ascending and rotation descending along the feed flow channel to separate air and air separated from the warm or hot water is exhausted automatically by controlling the air outlet of the air nozzle.
