<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip clearance regulator for a T-die capable of accurately finely regulating a thickness of a resin film in a short time. SOLUTION: A lip clearance regulator. for regulating a lip interval has an extending and contracting bolt 81, a heating means 82 for heating the bolt, a cooling means 83 for cooling the bolt 81, a cover 84 for covering a part to be heated or cooled of the bolt 81, and a pushing and pulling dowel 85 for transmitting an extension or a contraction of the bolt 81 to a lip 4, and heats or cool the bolt 81 to extend or contract the bolt 81 in a lengthwise direction to move the dowel 85 by the extension or the contraction, thereby regulating the lip interval. The method for regulating a lip clearance of a T-die using a plurality of the regulators comprises the steps of applying a voltage the heating or cooling means by a remote operation of a touch panel based on a thickness of each part of a resin film, and operating the means 82 or the means 83 of the plurality of the regulators.</p> |
