PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basement equipped with an anchor bolt which can sufficiently bear a stress applied by a building on the ground. SOLUTION: A precast concrete member 1 having an L-shaped longitudinal cross section is obtained by combining a wall structure 2 and a base plate structure in one body, which is then linked to an adjacent member 1, to thereby construct a side wall of a basement. Anchor bolts 23 each having an anchor portion 23a buried in the wall structure 2 are vertically arranged, and a slipout preventing member 24 is attached to a screw portion 2b of each of the anchor bolts 23. Further, the slipout preventing member 24 of each anchor bolt 23 is arranged in an annular space of a spiral reinforcement 25 arranged along the upper surface of each wall structure 2, and an anchor portion 26a is positioned in the annular space, whereby above-ground building linking anchor bolts 26 are vertically arranged in the longitudinal direction of the spiral reinforcement 25 at predetermined intervals. A cast-in-place concrete ceiling slab 32 is arranged on a ceiling of an internal space 11 of the basement in a manner of burying the entire spiral reinforcement 25 and a lower half of each above- ground building linking anchor bolt 26.
